The Arts for Health and Wellness Initiatives, led by Dr. Yunjia Yang, are bringing fun and engaging wellness opportunities to the MEZCOPH community. One highlight, the Creative Arts for Lowering Mental Stress (CALM) initiative, invites participants to explore various forms of art as a pathway to promote physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Through guided workshops, attendees can ease stress, boost their mood, and enjoy gentle body movement, all while building connections within the MEZCOPH community.
