Strengthening communities, building future public health leaders and promoting health and wellness
About Our Center
The Zuckerman Family Center for Prevention and Health Promotion (ZFCPHP) focuses on conducting high-quality, lifestyle-based prevention research and supporting community wellness efforts to improve health and reduce disease risk.
Our Key Values
Our center advances health literacy and sustainable behavior change by connecting education, training, outreach, and research. We collaborate with students, researchers, and community partners to provide applied public health experiences, promote wellness in daily life, and develop programs that support healthy development and lifelong well-being for individuals, families and our Tucson community.
We provide a variety of opportunities to engage with our center, including internships, honors theses, graduate assistantships, volunteer opportunities and student worker positions.
