Resources & Education

The Zuckerman Family Center for Prevention and Health Promotion is a hub for evidence-based curricula, courses, and programs that support individual, family, and community health. These resources advance health promotion scholarship and practice through student engagement, community partnerships, and innovative research and evaluation.

Currently, ZFCPHP collaborates with several community organizations in Tucson and South Tucson, AZ to provide experiential learning opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students. Through internships and structured service-based learning curriculum, students gain practical skills in health promotion and education including community assessments, program planning, implementation, and evaluation, advocacy & outreach, and forming community partnerships.
